Spike Vodka was our first spirit we created.  SPIKE is very unique - it is the first and only vodka in the world made from prickly pear cactus. It is not infused or flavored with cactus, but made from cactus.  Going against tradition of using potatoes, corn, and other grains SPIKE VODKA redefines vodka.  Our Master Distiller personally harvests only prime sources of cactus, processes it a special way and ferments it .  The fermentation process alone takes over 7 months.

After fermentation the 'beer' is distilled and filtered to create this unique vodka.  

Some describe SPIKE as 'earthy  and green' others say it is a full bodied vodka like no other.  

TEXAS PRIDE is 100% Texas in a bottle.

TEXAS PRIDE VODKA  was created by a group of Texans that really enjoy vodka. After realizing that most vodka is made elsewhere and shipped to Texas we decided to make a vodka in Texas for Texas and by Texans.

After trying TEXAS PRIDE you will agree that TEXAS PRIDE is the best traditional vodka in Texas.

TEXAS PRIDE VODKA is a corn based vodka is ultra-smooth, rated a 95 by Wine Enthusiast Magazine, and is never a disappointment.  TEXAS PRIDE is a more traditional vodka and appreciated by all in every situation.

 In 2016 we expand our portfolio and created CHUPACABRA JUICE MOONSHINE.  CHUPACABRA JUICE is corn based, and comes from an old family recipe. CCHUPACABRA JUICE  is distilled to 65%, then diluted to 40% before it is served.  We do not infuse, flavor or age our moonshine because we want to enjoy the true character of this spirit. Even though it is moonshine, it is smoother than most commercial vodka.

In 2017 the distillery took a giant leap our of our comfort zone and created our first whisky - BEXAR RIDGE BOURBON WHISKY.

BEXAR RIDGE BOURBON WHISKY is the perfect combination of corn, wheat, and rye.. creating great, well balanced mash.  After fermentation and distilling BEXAR RIDGE we age this bourbon in virgin oak barrels for six months.  BEXAR RIDGE is a great bourbon to mix or just straight. 

Some describe BEXAR RIDGE as lightly earthy without being overbearing.  Because the light and smooth recipe BEXAR RIDGE can be enjoyed straight or a smooth crafted cocktail.

At the same time we were developing BEXAR RIDGE BOURBON we also created PECAN RIDGE WHISKEY. 

PECAN RIDGE WHISKEY is created from a blend of corn, wheat, and malted barley that is aged and distilled by hand to perfection. 

PECAN RIDGE is very unique and aged a minimum of 24 months.  What makes PECAN RIDGE unique is that is is the only pecan aged whisky in America.  This whiskey is not pecan flavored or infused, but aged with native soft shelled pecans and smoked pecan wood staves while in the oak barrel. 

Because of the mash and aging process PECAN RIDGE WHISKEY is ultra smooth and woody/ nutty back note with a dry undertone (due to the real nuts that are used).

  S&C Artisan Crafted Gin was created by Artisan Alchemist Anthony Cooney and Master Distiller Nicholas Spink over drinks one night. After a few they decided to create a smooth, refreshing non-traditional gin that would be loved by all and able to be mixed with everything. 

Finally we settled on the right combination of juniper and botanicals such as coriander, elder flower and lavender along with six other herbs. To smooth it out further pure aquifer water is used and then run through a custom filtration system. 

S&C Artisan Gin is an ultra smooth gin that can be described having a blend of floral botanical components that is balanced with traditional juniper components. We know S&C Artisan Gin will impress gin drinkers and surprise non-gin drinkers alike.

Each batch is still hand crafted by Anthony and Nicholas in San Antonio, Texas. 

After many years of trial-and-error Artisan has now created a great agave spirit.  One might say, it is our version of tequila.  

Aguila "Tequila" is an agave-based spirit that is ultra smooth, great as a sipper or in one of our specialty cocktails... or buy a bottle and bring it home and have a fun night.

Named after the Aztec eagle, this agave spirit shows the respect of a traditional silver tequila while showing its originality and Texas artistic roots. 

Our latest addition of our artisan crafted beers.  We are now , a Pilsner Light and calling it Jackalope.

We take our beer to the next level by infusing them with fresh ingredients like orange pineapple, tamarindo, pickles, a custom spice of jalapeno and serrano, and even a custom sour mix. 

We have yet to name these great creations - come in and make some suggestions.
